چکیده
(1) Background: Body Jump® is a novel group fitness program with musical support, which performed rebounding in minitrampoline. Although the number of practitioners has increased exponentially recent years, this activity’s short-term effects on physical and body composition women have not yet been studied. (2) Methods: 27 healthy young were randomly divided into (BJ) control (CG). BJ three classes per week for one month. The before after intervention, anthropometric assessments carried out to estimate composition, different performance tests assess jumping capacity (countermovement jump (CMJ) squat (SJ) tests), muscular strength (1RM test) aerobic (UKK test). (3) Results: VO2 max (p = 0.001), CMJ flight height 0.023), SJ 0.003) 1RM value half-squat exercise 0.009) significantly BJ. In CG, there no statistically significant differences intervention period. Regarding changes enhancement several parameters found BJ, such as sum skinfolds percentage fat mass 0.002), while any variables CG. (4) Conclusions: carrying days month had positive women. This training can be an effective option enhancing, short term, these recreational users centers.
